Tazuna
A bridgebuilder who tricked the Leaf Village into believing protecting him was a C-rank mission, Kakashi and his team ended up being assigned to him but later on found out he was being plotted to be assassinated. But even old Tazuna had to be humbled when Kakashi promised to protect him until his bridge was done and the village was saved. It was from Tazuna's mission was how Kakashi met Zabuza.
Inari
Tazuna's grandchild, a very pessimistic boy because his stepfather was killed by Gatou (the guy trying to ruin the village and assassinate Tazuna. One night, Naruto gets angry at him for being a smartass and calls him a crybaby. Kakashi talks with the boy on the pier that night and explains to him that Naruto had a harsh life too and wasn't purposely trying to be cruel. (a tender Kakashi moment ^^)
