In front of a lingerie store, Hideki stares inside blushing and breathing heavily. The store employees look at Hideki and talk amongst themselves, wondering why the same guy keeps standing outside for a while everyday for a week. Hideki tries to walk into the store, but he loses his nerve and runs away crying in embarassment.

Hideki arrives back at his apartment and walks in on Chii preparing to take off her clothing. He panics and tells her to pull it back on. Chii welcomes Hideki home and points to the new clothes that Hibiya dropped off again. Hideki gratefully thanks Hibiya inside his mind but wonders what he can do about Chii's underwear. Shinbo walks in on the scene again and tells Hideki why he was screaming "panties panties" so late at night. Hideki tells Shinbo he can't bring himself to go inside the lingerie store and buy underwear because it was just too embarassing. Shinbo then suggests to let Chii go herself and he'll even lend her Sumomo to help guide her to the store.

The next morning, Sumomo sleeps on Hideki's pillow while Hideki points to his porn magazines, trying to explain to Chii what she needs to buy. He repeatedly points at multiple different models wearing panties and explains to Chii that it was what she needed. Sumomo then wakes up from her alarm and begins to order Hideki and Chii to start their morning exercises (which Hideki and Chii do for a while until Hideki comes to his senses and tells Sumomo to stop).

As Chii begins to leave, she repeats the instructions that Hideki gave her to buy underwear and listen to Sumomo's directions. Chii nods in understanding and leaves the house to go shopping. As they approach the outside of the apartment, Sumomo blows on her whistle and begins her directions to go towards the lingerie store.

At Yobikou, Hideki begins to worry about Chii and Shinbo whispers to Hideki not to worry about it. Shimizu walks up and whispers why they were talking about panties and Hideki blushes and freaks out again while Shimizu orders him to sit down read page 15 from the book.

Chii and Sumomo still walk towards the lingerie store and then Chii notices a panties ad on the side of a truck. As she walks towards the direction of the truck Sumomo keeps blowing her whistle and telling her she's going the wrong way. Chii then realizes that it wasn't the panties that Hideki was looking for and Sumomo informs her that it was just an advertisement and she couldn't buy panties at the truck. As Chii turns around to start towards the lingerie store again, the wind blows and the skirts of two students blow up and Chii points to them and confirms that they were wearing panties. Chii tries to lift up one of the girl's skirts to get the panties and Sumomo blows her whistle again and tells her that she can't take their panties and to keep going forwards the store.

Back at Yobikou, Hideki worries even more and stands up and shouts he should've gone with Chii to buy panties. Shimizu again is at his side and orders him to read another page from the book.

As Chii walks forward repeating the word "panties" over and over again, Sumomo blows her whistle to tell Chii to stop and let the cats crossing their path to stop. As the cats walk by, Chii notices one of the kittens holding a pair of panties in it's mouth. Chii immediately follows them (while Sumomo blows her whistle warning her she was going the wrong direction again). She follows the cats through a small opening in a fence and accidentally drops Sumomo behind. The kitten drops the piece of cloth on the the ground and Chii picks it up, only to find it wasn't panties but a hankerchief. Back in the small alleyway where Sumomo was dropped and stuck inside a bottle, she struggles her way out...only to find herself picked up by a dog. The dog holds her in it's mouth while she tries to reason with it and it drops her as soon as his master calls him. Chii crawls back into the alleyway to see Sumomo's situation (and even imitates the dog by picking Sumomo up in her mouth)

As soon as Yobikou is over, Hideki runs out to find Chii, worried that she got herself into trouble. As he searches, he runs into the two girls that Chii grabbed the skirts of and asks them if they saw a persocon with Chii and Sumomo's descriptions. The girls immediately get scared and run away from the "perverted owner" and leaves Hideki positive Chii is in trouble. Suddenly from behind, Yumi surprises Hideki, asking what he was doing. Hideki explains to her that his persocon was lost and he runs off, leaving Yumi wondering what was going on.

As Hideki runs up the street, he catches Chii and Sumomo about to cross the street, and is relieved to see Chii follow his instructions on looking out for cars and walking on the crosswalks (but too bad Hideki didn't take his own advice when a truck almost runs him over while he's standing in the middle of the street spying on Chii).

Finally, Chii and Sumomo reach the lingerie store and Chii is happy that she can finally get a pair of panties. A clerk from the store outside calls out to the customer and announces a panty sale and suddenly Chii and Sumomo are surrounded by crazy fanatical women grabbing for the panty shelf in front of them. Hideki sees what's going on and tries to help, only to fall back (and accidentally grab a pair of panties while he's at it) and get dragged off by a police mistaken for a pervert. As the women clear, Chii looks in the panty bin to find it completely empty and she goes to a nearby clerk and asks for a pair of panties.

As Hideki stumbles back to his apartment after a grueling interrogation by the police, he finds Chii sitting and waiting for him with a package from the lingerie store. Hideki is happy that she did what he told her to do and she opens the package to show Hideki what she got...a pair of boxers. Hideki stares in disbelief for a while and asks Chii what she told the clerk at the store and she answers that she said exactly what he told her to say "Please give me some underwear...Hideki needs them". Even though he's dissapointed, Hideki smiles and pats Chii on the head for a job well done...but then cries because he realizes he has to buy them himself now.

The next day, Hideki runs home from the lingerie store with the package of panties that he bought for Chii. He throws himself on the floor in front of Chii, crying that the clerks looked at him like a pervert. Chii learns the new word and points at Hideki, repeating, "pervert", making Hideki cry even more.
